Great place for a short stay, this hotel is about 45 minutes from Washington DC, the WiFi is good enough and it has elevators. Next door there is a diner and that's about the only place to eat within a walk in distance, staff is friendly. This hotel is ubicated in a very centric position in relation to mayor highways, shopping centers, bars, restaurants and liquor stores, however i had to travel a quite few miles in order to find a nice supermarket, pharmacys are everywhere. Love this hotel!!!
If you are visiting the area, this is a GREAT location. Clean rooms, conveniently located and staff is amazing.
Enjoyed the larger size room and extra chair in the room. Check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast bar was clean and we'll stocked. We were surprised at the amount of dog poop that was around the property. This was really not a problem for the hotel management, what was the fault of the customers with dogs.
Clean rooms. Great heating system. Friendly staff and best of all, its affordable. Bananas
It's really RARE that I rate hotels 5 stars, but in this case I have to say that Kendra is AMAZING! Her customer service is beyond 5 stars. My family had to evacuate from Florida in the wake of hurricane Irma. I simply didn't have the space for them on such short notice so I had to set them up for a couple of days at a nearby motel. Check in was fast, and Kendra took care of ALL my needs as best as possible. As a worried mother, this was a HUGE relief. A few other incidents took place that Kendra quickly resolved and rectified to my satisfaction. I plan to contact her superiors and let them know they have a VERY wonderful manager handling their business and she should be rewarded appropriately!
When we arrived at Red Roof Inn in Washington DC. The clerk gave me and my family a Key to the wrong room. Which was already occupied. Red Roof Corporate sent me a email and said they apologized and would look into it and NEVER got back to me . This is poor Business. I should have gotten a REFUND but we got nothing. So I would not recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone. I am planning on putting my Experience with Red Roof Inn on Social Media /Network. Very Disturbing my experience not only my family and me. But the family. That we walk in on. One of the Lady's was getting ready to take a shower. Very Disturbing
