Will never come here again. They weren’t even busy, but when we were seated they didn’t even offer us a high chair, we had to find one ourselves. Then, 4 people seated after us were already getting their food orders taken and we hadn’t even seen our waitress/waiter for drinks. We couldn’t even wave someone down to ask who was supposed to be taking care of us, we just walked out. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The waitress was arrogant from the moment we arrived. When paying, she mentioned she makes money on tips. Although we were not happy with the service, we left 15% tip; she checked how much tip we wrote on the receipt slip and she seemed annoyed. I do not expect to be treated in an IHOP the same way they do at the Eleven Madison Park restaurant. Nevertheless, I would expect humane treatment. In any exchange of words we had with the hostess or the waitress, “please and thank you” or any polity word for that matter, only came out of my mouth; I felt utterly disrespected as to never set foot again in an IHOP restaurant.
Fast the place was very busy but they said it would be 15 to 20 on are wait time and they was right on.we was seated and servers right away food was superb......the best I-hop yet
This I-hop is very well organized staff.
Sat there for nearly ten minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from the waitress, even as she was waiting three other tables in our vicinity. Abysmal service, and I don't even want to think about how long it actually would have taken to even get our drinks at that pace.
Service was slow and bad. Asked for Sr. Omlet with veggies, first time got with egg white which I did not asked for. We returned it, but after 15 minutes got another omlet with egg white again. With another order we were supposed to get 3 pancakes, but we got 2; show it to the waitress, she took it back but after 20 minutes she brought another order of pancake, but still it was two. When we show that to her she was showing attitude. We show her the menu, then she brought one more. We never got the order of our hash browns. But the main surprise was when we got the bill. They charge me $6.99 for Sr. Omlet plus $1.19x4. when I asked for the manager, he told me each veggies are separate item $1.19 each. Even after I told him that the waitress never explained me extra charge for each items, and I didn't asked for any individual veggies, manager declined to adjust anything. Once again the service was slow, rude and very poor. We had party of four, on 26 December 2017 between 8 to 9 pm.
