I love our mailman Steve. He has been on our route for many years and I have enjoyed his booming personality. A good attitude goes a long way with customers.
This post office is the worse. The letter carrier is too lazy to deliver the package to my door and also they lied about attempting to deliver a package by stating they left a notice but no one was home. I was home at the exact times they claimed they tried to deliver. I sent FOUR emails to customer service and no one has responded. I am going to file a claim because I am going to believe that they misplaced all four of my packages, stole or threw them away since no one is being forthcoming regarding the location of my packages. I will definitely be using UPS from now on. Paying the extra is worth it. Please don't depend on the people at this location to be honest regarding delivering your packages.
I've never had a bad experience here. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. What more could you ask for.
the worst post office.the weekly postman is very good but if hes out you might not get your mail for days.the person that does the route right behind the post office on saturdays does not even come half the time but claims they do.they will scan your package in the am stating its on delivery and then its a 50/50 wether they show up at all or they are too lazy to get out and put your package at the gate or door(ive watched them drive by then a minute later i get an email for a failed delivery)first off no one needs to sign for the stuff i order so thats a total lie.im going to continue to go to the office and complain about this individual from here on out cause it drastically affects my work
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. These folks are lazy, rude, incompetent and consistently disappoint with their terrible work ethic. This applies to the counter folks and to the mail carriers. They fold "do not fold" letters and smash packages into the mailbox and leave "we tried to deliver" notes in the mailbox even when I'm home all day because they're too lazy to walk up to my porch. The counter staff are snide and nasty. I'm very excited to be moving soon so that I don't have to endure their service anymore. I suggest you go to the Savage office instead: they're great.
