I called the local number and requested service for a clogged kitchen drain. The technician (#3517) was right on time. He surveyed the situation, checking for possible clean-out locations. He decided to try snaking the drain from the kitchen. He found the clog in just a few minutes and cleared it. He ran the water for a while to ensure there was not a second clog further down the pipe. He was very courteous and professional. He covered the area with a tarp prior to starting, and cleaned the area when finished. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

The house's original plumbing was done in Polyethylene piping, which needed to be replaced since it was starting to give problems. We used Roto-Rooter's service about 4 months back and were very pleased with the service provided. Re-plumbing the entire house was not going to be a simple quick fix so we wanted someone we were confident in. Based on our prior experience we felt confident they would provide the same outstanding services for this current project, which they did.
Called Roto Rooter on a Monday evening. Had an emergency with our toilet. Had to get it fixed that evening since we were leaving for vacation the following morning. They showed up pretty soon after we called and fixed the problem. I would recommend them for an emergency plumbing problem. Our technician was Robert #895 and he was awesome. Seemed very knowledgeable. If/when I need more plumbing fixes I would very much like for him to come back.
Jeff #1174 took the time to walk us through the work and estimated schedule of when work would be completed. The estimate was for the work was reasonable and very well explained. Jeff showed up each day at the time promised, walked us through the work he planned for the day. He went out of his way to minimize the water was shut off and restored it each day before leaving.
We called Roto-Rooter to inquire about kitchen sink disposal replacement. The associate on the phone was very polite and pleasant to talk to. She had a technician (Issac (#2009)) sent to our house within 30 min!!! Within 2 hours, the disposal was replaced and number of other issues with the sink were fixed. Issac was very knowledgeable, he explained everything very well and he did great job fixing the kitchen sink!! We are looking forward to using this company for our future plumbing needs!!
Purcell was professional, personable and a great plumber! What a pleasant experience to have him come within an hour of calling Rotorooter, do some diagnostics and have us back up and running in short order. He left the bathroom cleaner than he found it! Next time we have a problem, we will request Purcell!
