These girls are GREAT! We've NEVER had any issues with them. We actually are in the process of switching entirely from Nextgear to AFC after constant problems with NextGear. Their customer service department is terrible, they floor units incorrectly, they outright lie to you about the fees, there's only one area rep and no office (other than way out in Indiana), they're slow to respond and act when there's a problem and they automatically ACH your account when they deem something is due. Stick with AFC in Maryland - they're upfront, honest, very easy to work with and pros at what they do. Jess and Reilah are the best!
