Their communication was excellent too. When I first called, I asked if they could do the work the next day. They said they were booked, but that they'd call around noon and let me know if they might be able to fit it in because things might go quickly. Right around noon, they called just as they said they would.

I was very impressed with Tristar Electric. I needed to resolve an issue in my electric panel for a home inspection to satisfy the buyers' request for service. I spoke with Dave, described the problem and he was quick to diagnose the problem and site newer code changes that I could easily understand. The tech Javier showed up the next day on time and corrected the problem. Javier was professional and quite friendly. I would not hesitate to call Tristar again. Very good experience !
Just had these guys over to do some wiring in the house. They showed up right when they said they would. Had things wired up very quickly. The guys were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing. I'll call them again.
TriStar is awesome!! A track light that I brought from Ikea about 8 years ago stopped working. After replacing the light switch I realized it was the light itself. Ikea no longer makes this model. It was very difficult to find a similar track light that matches the décor of my kitchen.
I just had the best experience with TriStar and have to share! I got in a bind with getting my pool to pass inspection from electrical work I hired another electrician for. Brendan in TriStar's pool department came to my house assessed the situation thoroughly and provided me a an affordable remediation plan. I hired TriStar and passed inspection immediately. I recently had to assist a client of mine who is trying to sell their home, resolve an issue of removing an old generator that no longer passes permitting/code requirements. I call Tri-Star as they were the ones who originally installed the unit, I was amazed at their level of promptness and professionalism in helping me remedy my issue for my seller. They truly value delivering a high level of customer service to their clients, even when it concerns a matter that occurred over a decade ago. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for my client and I , they really went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver exceptional customer service. And I don't hand out accolades like this often, as I am pretty much a stickler when it comes to companies being able to have customer service skills period. I wouldn't be writing this review today if I wasn't thoroughly impressed, and I was/am! Would definitely make a point to refer these guys out to all of my clients in the future! They are great to work with and truly care about their clients needs first and foremost!
