The main uhaul location on Rt1 told me I could get my truck on a Saturday morning, but ridiculously changed it to 1pm due to overbooking. I called Car Guys with less than 48 hour notice and was ensured I'd have a truck to pickup Saturday morning. Picked it up Saturday morning as promised; Truck was practically spotless inside. This is how customer service should work.
DO NOT RETURN A U HAUL HERE. I arrived an hour before my drop off time to find a note on the door saying they would soon return. I waited for an hour until I finally called U Haul customer service. They advised me to leave the truck with the key inside. Later I find out that Car Guys checked my U Haul back in a day late! Now I have a late fee to pay. Horrible experience all together.
