I can wait in line, I can stand there and watch you small talk knowing it's 20 people in line. I can stand the 45 min wait. The worst experience was my wife being racially profiled because she was depositing a large check and being asked a million questions. She had her ID & bank card. They asked her to call her boss, what a joke she's the owner of the company??!!
Really long lines. Only ever 1-2 tellers working everytime im here. The tellers themselves are nice though, just wish they would add more people.
I wish i could give them zero stars! The most poorly managed bank branch i have ever been to in my life. Prepare to wait atleast 40 mins inorder to see a teller. They have 6-7 windows, yet only one person in total sitting there. Looks like no one wants to work here.
Prepare to wait 30-45 minutes. No line for businesses like the one in Columbia. Avoid if you can.
The few tellers they have are awesome. But are slower them molasses. Always hot in lobby unless you stand directly under vent. Not more tellers or at least one for business.
